Formerly an in-house talent acquisition leader, she has successfully worked for both contingency and retained firms.
Rebecca began her professional career at Bloomingdales, subsequently pursuing roles in progressive buying, merchandising, account management, international wholesale and inventory planning at COACH, Inc. and Avon Products.
Her industry expertise is impressive. She understands brand verticalization and cross channel distribution. Today, she recruits across a wide scope of retail positions, including the very roles she has held.
